The equipment technician has various responsibilities.
- They monitor machine parts (stock)
- Assist in setting up new lines
- turns off manufacturing lines each day
- troubleshoot and repair equipment daily as needed
- Equipment technicians perform safety inspections on all equipment
- perform routine maintenance on each piece of equipment
- replace defective mechanical components, perform programming on all equipment.
- monitor, adjust, and document parameters and programming automated manufacturing equipment.
- They will assist Kelly in developing and improving equipment procedures and monitor equipment performance using statistical process control methodology.
Equipment technicians work in the production space, perform industrial cleaning, and provide technical support, training, and equipment availability updates. They perform routine maintenance on standby power supplies and update all associated documentation.
Equipment technicians also direct personnel in following all of OSHA regulations.
As a summary, equipment technicians have diverse responsibilities, ranging from development, maintenance, and repair to monitoring and training.
- 8am to 5pm Mon-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
